The platform has become known for causing a storm with innovative beauty tricks and hacks that will elevate your beauty routine for the better. The question is, are these life-changing beauty hacks good for anyone 40-plus? DFYNE’s Resident Makeup Artist and Beauty expert Janine Holmes certainly thinks so! Below are four Tiktok trends that are excellent for a more mature crowd and the best products to achieve them. She’s making viral beauty work for you.
TikTok Trend #1: No-makeup makeup
The first trend is called no-makeup makeup because you are wearing makeup, but it doesn’t look like it! A no-makeup makeup look for anyone over 40 is easy to do and provides a fresh-faced look without feeling overdone.

TikTok Trend #2: Siren eyes
This eyeliner trend is a fun one that we’ve seen lots of celebrities wearing on the red carpet. Siren eyes are a throwback to old Hollywood starlets who would use liquid eyeliner to create an extended wing for larger, exaggerated eyes. These days, siren eyes are a modern take on winged liner with the liner extended on both the inner and outer corners.
