Crystal Mallari

Fighting stereotypes:

 Crystal considers her very first fitness competition, UFE Mayhem 2018 in Hamilton, Ontario, at age 40 to be her greatest accomplishment. “I wanted to challenge myself and prove to my fitness clients that age ain’t nothin’ but a number!”

Inspiring others:

 “One of my life purposes is to coach other women to step onto the fitness stage and to fall in love with the process of working toward the goal of competing.”

Personal trifecta:

 Crystal says her friends count on her to be spontaneous, fearless and humble.

Staying strong:

 “In March 2020, we quickly pivoted when the pandemic forced us to permanently close our fitness and weight loss boutique. We lost half of our members and we had to rebuild our business online.” Now they serve women all over North America, and even in Africa and the UK!

Support system:

Spending time with her son and husband is what Crystal looks forward to most. “Whether we’re being active together, watching a movie, or sharing a good meal, my boys bring me the most joy!”
