THE BEAUTY ABOUT BEING IN GREAT SHAPE — BESIDES A KILLER BOD — IS THE CONFIDENCE AND INNER STRENGTH IT CAN GIVE YOU.

Even as powerful and

beautiful as women are, for some of us, we can’t help but have moments where we doubt ourselves. It might be at work when tackling a challenging new project, when we wonder if we’re doing the best we can for our kids, or even something as small as whether we can pull off that body-con out fit we’ve been wanting to buy for date night or the next girls’ night out. Take a page out of 53-year-old Kim Moloch’s book for getting your confidence back. She’s an auto plant worker and a mother of two.

Many people assume she’s a bodybuilder or a fitness competitor based on her physique, but she is truly just passionate about working out. “My reward is the the strength and confidence I gain from smashing each new goal,” shares Kim, as she walks us through her favorite back exercises.

So whenever you think you can’t pull off that dress or a backless top, like the one Kim’s wearing on the lead page, squash that thought and tap into the pride that’s come with all of the gains you’ve made. And, ladies, admit it, there’s an incredible self-confidence that comes with age — which none of us likely realized as we flitted through our 20s and 30s. It’s as though you hit 40 and somehow no longer fret about what other people think. That strength you’ve gained on the outside through your workouts has a magical way of also becoming an inner strength and confidence. You’re a self-assured, strong, assertive woman, and that’s just plain sexy.

Here are Kim’s favorite back and shoulder moves when it comes to bringing sexy back these moves will do the trick.
