- Submissions should be within the lines of our current style of publication
- Submissions must be accompanied by your legal First and Last name, publication name if required, age, Instagram handle, email address and phone number.
- Submissions must provide the following.
- Q1: What event or experience has had the most profound impact on your personal growth?
- Q2: How would your close friends describe your in three words?
- Q3: My most significant challenge or fear that I overcame is ________.
- Q4: An achievement that gives you a sense of pride.
- Q5: Three activities or experiences the bring you the most joy.
- Q6: Share a surprising or lesser-known fact about yourself.
- Q7: What qualities do you value most in your relationships.
- Q8: Share an emotional experience that left a lasting impact on you.
- Q9: How do you stay active and your top 3 reasons why.
- Submissions must be accompanied by photographers written permission or proof or rights released. Model assumes all risk.
- Submissions should consist of 2 to 3 high resolution non-watermarked photos of varied looks for consideration.
- Photos must be recent and reflect an accurate depiction of your current appearance.
