Let’s talk business:

 My fitness business has survived COVID by pivoting in so many ways and I am proud of the fact that I never gave up, It has not been easy to not only keep the studio going but to help so many women continue to be motivated to pursue their best health and wellness in the past few years but it has been worth it.

Keep it grounded:

 I am afraid of climbing high mountains, steep escalators, tall stairs and high platforms. I look for railings and don’t look down and hold on for dear life!

Quality time:

 Life is too short and we all know that but it is hard to slow down and breathe and just be in the present. Laughing and talk with family and friends and enjoy the little precious moments of life.
