Standing tall:
My divorce taught me to stand up for myself, and to be the strong independent woman I am today. And I’m proud of my growth and how far I have come on this journey.
Happy days
: I am most happy when I am training, and I love the fact that both my teens have caught the fitness bug and love to be at our home gym with my training (when my daughter is home from university).
On getting carded:
I love it when I can go places and both my daughter, 19, and I will get ID requested.
Get real: I value authenticity and being real. Be who you are and not what everyone says you should.
