 Ask any of Irena’s pals and they’ll tell you she’s a strong, kind and giving person.

Looking ahead: Back in 2019, Irena was not in a good place. “I was going through a very hard time,” she says. “I was depressed had no self-esteem.” After joining a gym and meeting supportive people, she began what she considers a lifechanging year.

Being real:

 When letting people into her inner circle, Irena says that they must be honest, compassionate and (naturally) kind.

Biggest fear:

 “Not being the best mother I can for my kids.”

Perfect pastimes:

 Irena loves spending time with her children – when she’s not lifting in the gym, of course.
