Grace Bent

Quite the compliment:

 One friend recently told Grace that, like wine and cheese, she is only getting better with age. “I could only laugh, because I’ve always called myself an old soul.”

Fear factor:

 “My greatest fear is disappointing others – and disappointing myself.”

Sweating and smiling: Whenever she’s feeling down, Grace tackles a leg day routine. “I’m even happier when my kids join me for a workout!” she adds.

High priorities:

 Grace always looks for depth and sincerity in those she surrounds herself with. “I don’t like superficial, fake or phony people or relationships.”

What keeps her motivated:

 Being a role model is of the utmost importance to Grace. “I started competing as a bodybuilder this year. My niece, who is autistic, came to my last show and was so inspired that her mother says she didn’t stop bothering her until she registered her to join a gym.”
